A Project of Social Cohesion aims at putting in the center the concerns the public housing tenants in the Brussels-Capital. It is situated in a defined area of housings, while remaining open to the neighborhood and its inhabitants.
The PCS is aimed at improving the quality of life for residents, especially in promoting participation in the life of the "City". It also intended to promote coexistence and communication between tenants from different cultural backgrounds, different generations while involving the local residents, through the promotion of democratic values and citizen participation.
The Project of Social Cohesion aims to develop or strengthen social ties, improve communication with tenants and between tenants and wiht housing company, and encourage citizen participation and a harmonious cohabitation. This through outreach work with residents, through reciprocal exchanges of information through regular contacts and organization of activities recurrent or exceptionnal.
It implements all the necessary means - at informing people about the content of their rights and responsibilities and on ways to enable to be respected,
- at encouraging dialogue and consultation between tenants and public lessors , where any, between the public and private actors to address the themes brought by tenants.

It bases his actions on volunteers in which a collective of women who meet weekly and are the initiators of many projects, civic and friendly meetings, birthday parties , Saint-Nicolas, upcomings, etc.
A school after the school and cultural and sports activities are offered to children while the Youth Committee reinforces the PCS in proposing projects to the attention of older.
